Job Summary
The Inside Sales/Account Manager is a key member of our staffing and recruiting agency, responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process and successfully matching qualified candidates with our client's open positions. This dynamic role requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship building, and recruitment expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales and a passion for connecting people with great job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Actively source, identify, and attract a pipeline of top-tier candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
- Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct in-depth screening and interviewing to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure a strong match for client requirements.
- Client Management & Dispatch: Work closely with a dedicated client base to understand their specific staffing needs and company culture. Oversee the entire process, including preparing and dispatching temporary or permanent employees who are a strong match for the job.
- Sales & Business Development: Leverage inside sales or B2B sales experience to identify new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and effectively market our staffing solutions.
- Administrative & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), manage all necessary hiring paperwork, and ensure all placements comply with relevant employment laws.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales is a must.
- Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or a staffing environment is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with an ATS or CRM system is a plus
