Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This position requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our projects by coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and maintaining safety standards.
Job Duties:
- Travel is required
- Create your own schedule as per project requirements and deadlines
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and personnel to meet milestones.
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Track project budgets and help control costs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a construction management role, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
- High School Diploma Required/associate degree/Certification preferred in related field preferred.
- Proficient in construction management software and basic project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
