- 1st Shift: Mon–Thu | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (+20% differential)
- Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (+20% differential)

This Swiss CNC Machinist role is critical to supporting high-precision, small-component work — particularly in aerospace — where setup ownership and first-article accuracy are essential.

This is a hands-on role built for machinists who want to work on challenging, short-run parts — not repetitive production.

The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
- \n
- Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines for high-precision, short-run work
- Perform complete setups including tooling, offsets, and workholding
- Prove out first articles and support in-process inspection
- Machine small, tight-tolerance aerospace components
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust processes as needed
- Perform in-process and final quality checks
- Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and quality teams
- Work within a Pro Shop (PRP) environment focused on accountability and craftsmanship

- Controls: Fanuc-based controls (typical for Swiss platforms)
- Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, indicators, and precision gauges
- Programming: CNC programming and CAM exposure highly valued

What We’re Looking ForRequired:\n

- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
- Experience performing first-article and in-process inspections
- Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-mix, short-run environment
