**What you'll do:
**

Daily invoicing of closure shipments and creation of manual invoices for scrap and misc. shipments
-
Review production work orders; research and correct inventory discrepancies and reporting issues
-
Close production orders and process production reports in ERP (E1)
-
Assist with monthly inventory, including reconciliation of WIP and raw materials
-
Maintain month-end close, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting
-
Ensure accurate accounts payable coding and PO processing
-
Verify documentation, obtain required approvals, and enter invoices for payment
-
Analyze account variances to identify trends and improve reporting accuracy

Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes to provide timely financial projections
**What you'll need to have:
**

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
-
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
-
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and account analysis
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Effective interpersonal and written communication abilities

You should be proficient in:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Microsoft Excel
