Role Description
This is a full time (or part time) on site role for a trainer to provide corrective exercise and training to our patients. This position is responsible for the implementation and execution of physician directed rehab programs as well as design and collaboration with the doctors to optimize the outcomes for our patients. Problem solving, humility, thirst for knowledge, and an expectation of excellence are essential qualities. Must have an interest in working with a variety of patients from pediatrics, athletes, and seniors. You will work with a variety of patient injuries and will have extensive training in our program. We are looking for someone who constantly wants to learn, develop their skills, and improve the quality of care we provide our patients.
Qualifications
- Degree in Exercise Science or certification in nationally recognized fitness organization
- Strong problem solving skills
- humble desire for excellence and learning
- Desire to follow instructions and produce accurate reliable high quality work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday 11am – 6pm, Tuesday 6am – noon, Wednesday 11am – 6pm, Thursday 6 am – noon, Friday 9am - 1pm
- Hours will be assisting with patient care as you build your rehab clientele
- Starting Range: $16- $25 for clinical assistant, $25 -$35 for corrective rehab specialist hours
- Office Environment: Relaxed, but focused on patient care and creating the best possible experience for them. We have a small staff so we all get to know each other like family. Every patient is different and has been suffering for a long time so they are grateful, appreciative people that just want to feel better.
