We’re searching for driven, people-loving Local Sales Representatives to become the face of Factor at weekday pop-up events inside some of the most active, health-focused spots in your city — think gyms, running clubs, fitness studios, and wellness centers buzzing with motivated members.

This is not a “work whenever you want” role. Our pop-ups are scheduled on weekdays, and we’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic representatives who show up ready to own the space, spark conversations, and turn interest into sign-ups.
Holly Street Sales Co will secure all event partnerships — you elevate the experience. You'll set up the pop-up display, create an inviting atmosphere, and bring excitement to the brand through authentic, high-energy interactions that drive conversions.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Factor at weekday events inside health-oriented small businesses
- Set up, maintain, and break down your assigned event display
- Engage with gym members, athletes, and wellness community participants
- Educate customers on Factor’s meal offerings and subscription benefits
- Drive new sign-ups through enthusiastic, informative interaction
- Track and submit sales metrics accurately
- Maintain professionalism and uphold brand standards
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, approachable communicator who thrives in active environments
- Confident, sales-minded personality with strong persuasive ability
- Dependable and punctual — able to show up consistently for weekday events
- Comfortable running pop-up events independently
- Experience in sales, promotions, or customer engagement is a plus
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or nutrition is highly beneficial
