Exciting Opportunity for a CT Technologist\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Position: CT Technologist \n- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (22:00 - 07:00) \n- Schedule: \n - Saturday: 14:00 - 02:00 \n - Sunday: 13:00 - 01:00 \n - Monday: 11:00 - 23:00 \n\n- Experience Requirements: \n - 2 years of community hospital experience required. \n - Trauma Level I experience preferred. \n\n- Certifications (Preferred): \n - ACLS \n - ARRT Advanced Certification \n - ARRT (R) \n - BLS \n\n- Skills (Preferred): \n - Pediatric Acute Care \n - Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP) \n - Biopsies \n - Colonography / Virtual Colonography \n - Drainage \n - Pediatric Acute Care / Vascular CTAs \n\n- Core Responsibilities: \n 1. Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their needs are met. \n 2. Administer medications, including contrast media, as prescribed. \n 3. Evaluate images for quality and proper documentation. \n 4. Follow protocols to optimize patient safety and technical factors. \n 5. Operate electronic medical records (EMR), RIS, and PACS systems efficiently. \n 6. Apply principles of ALARA to minimize radiation exposure. \n 7. Assist licensed practitioners with interventional computed tomography procedures. \n\n- Preferred Procedures/Skills: \n - Aspirations & Biopsies \n - Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Torax, Musculoskeletal, Fluoroscopy Studies \n\n- Float Requirements: \n - Float between the ER scanner and main department scanner as needed. \n\n- Call Requirements: \n - Participate in call rotation (3 days every 4 weeks). \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
