Location: Shakopee MN
Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
Overtime: Fridays, approx. 2x per month

Position Overview: We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on candidate to help build outdoor living products using concrete blocks and other materials in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role involves physical labor, consistent movement, and working with tools and machinery to create high‑quality products.
What You’ll Do
- Read job specifications to determine required materials
- Perform visual quality inspections on concrete blocks as they move across the line
- Use fabrication techniques such as cutting, gluing, grinding, and leveling
- Utilize a tape measure to make accurate, precise cuts
- Conduct minor machine maintenance (major repairs handled by on‑site maintenance techs)
- Move materials throughout the production area with frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, carpentry, or construction is a plus
- Comfortable working in a loud, non‑climate‑controlled environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and handle concrete products or machine parts
- Able to lift materials from floor level up to 4 feet
- Strong basic math skills
- Proficient with a tape measure and able to read weight scales
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
