We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a key part of the customer experience, the Bartender will prepare and serve beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements
- Maintain knowledge of bar menu and suggest drink pairings when appropriate
- Take drink and food orders, communicate with kitchen staff as needed
- Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Restock bar supplies and notify manager of shortages
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
