What You'll Be Doing

Inspecting finished products for quality using tools like calipers and tape measures

Checking and loading raw materials

Moving materials using a pallet jack

Performing basic math using a calculator

Following detailed written instructions and batch records

Keeping your equipment and work area clean and organized

Supporting the team by following production schedules and work instructions

Helping train others on machinery and processes

Willingness to train on forklift operations (we provide the training and certification)

Work Environment
This role involves working indoors and outdoors in all seasons. You'll be around equipment, noise, dust, and vibrations. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided to keep you safe on the job.
Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (team lifts available for heavier items)

Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
Education and Experience Requirements

Comfortable with basic arithmetic, including fractions, decimals, and percentages

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Basic computer skills (email, operating systems, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar role

High School Diploma or GED
