Executive Transportation is seeking a professional, dependable driver to join our team. This unique position combines employee shuttle driving and chauffeur services, offering variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to interact with a wide range of people.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age (insurance requirement).

\n

• Valid driver's license.

\n

• Clean driving record.

\n

• Pass DOT drug screen.

\n

• Pass DOT physical.

\n

• Pass background check.

\n

• Minimum of two years of driving experience.

\n

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\n

• Excellent customer service skills.

\n

• Ability to lift luggage and assist passengers as needed.

\n

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

\n

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

\n

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

\n

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

\n

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, early mornings, and late-night assignments.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Safely transport passengers in company vehicles while following all traffic laws and safety regulations.

\n

• Transport employees between designated parking areas and work locations.

\n

• Provide airport transportation and chauffeur services for private clients.

\n

• Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings.

\n

• Assist passengers with luggage and provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs.

\n

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

\n

• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable vehicles.

\n

• Provide professional, friendly, and courteous customer service at all times.

\n

• Follow assigned schedules and routes while maintaining communication with dispatch and management.

\n

• Adapt to schedule changes and last-minute transportation needs.

\n

• Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and travel plans.

\n

• Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing Executive Transportation professionally.

Many of our drivers are retired or semi-retired and enjoy the ability to travel, spend part of the year in another location, or take extended vacations. We simply ask that drivers communicate their availability in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Schedule

\n

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25-28 hours per week.

\n

Because Executive Transportation operates services around the clock, schedules will vary based on customer demand and operational needs.

\n

Applicants must be available for:

\n

\n
• Weekday and weekend shifts.

\n

• Daytime, evening, and night shifts.

\n

• Start times as early as 3:00AM or 4:00AM

\n

• End times that may be 11:00PM or later.

\n

• A schedule that varies from week to week.

\n

• At least one weekend day may be included in the schedule.

\n

• All shifts start and end at Executive Transportation's office in Newport, KY.

\n

• Flexibility and reliability are essential for this position.

\n

\n

What many of our drivers appreciate is the flexibility this position offers. We understand that some drivers travel, spend part of the year in another location, or take extended vacations. We simply ask that drivers communicate their availability in advance so we can plan and meet our customers' transportation needs.

Compensation

• Employee Shuttle assignments are paid at $20.00 per hour.

\n

• Professional Chauffeur assignments are commission-based and include gratuities.

\n

• Drivers may work a combination of Employee Shuttle and Professional Chauffeur assignments depending on business needs.

\n

• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly.

\n

\n

Dress Code

\n

• Professional business attire is required.

\n

• Shuttle assignments require dress pants and a professional dress shirt/blouse and tie with appropriate footwear.

\n

• Chauffeur assignments may require a suit jacket and tie.
