Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices with precision and proper GL coding.
- Monitor and manage collections of outstanding balances.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and respond to invoice inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage invoice approval workflows and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support various accounting projects and help refine internal procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Ten-key by touch proficiency.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly
