At Sage Veterinary Imaging, we help pets get answers through advanced diagnostic imaging. This role ensures referrals don’t stall and pet owners move confidently toward the right next step.
We are hiring a Referral & Imaging Coordinator who is energized by guiding high-stakes conversations and turning clinical recommendations into scheduled action. This is a consultative, outcome-driven role.

What You’ll Do
Case Advancement
Serve as the primary contact for referred imaging cases
Guide pet owners through imaging options, timing, and preparation
Confidently explain value, urgency, and next steps
Address questions and objections with clarity
Follow up consistently to ensure cases move forward
Relationship Development
Build strong working relationships with referring veterinary teams
Become a trusted resource for advanced imaging guidance
Encourage repeat utilization through clear communication and reliability
Revenue & Follow-Through
Track referrals and case progression
Maintain precise documentation
Ensure no case stalls or falls through the cracks
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams for seamless execution

What You Bring
Experience in consultative sales, client success, or treatment coordination Veterinary or medical experience strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using CRM or scheduling systems
High accountability and consistent follow-through
