Our organization is currently looking for OBGYN Generalists to enhance the Women's Health group practices at our affiliated facilities: Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville, NY, Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY, and West Ridge OBGYN in Greece, NY. The team at Jones consists of 2 OBGYN MDs, 1 FM-OB (Non-Surgical), 1 CNM, and 1 Women's Health PA. We are aiming to recruit 2 additional full-time OBGYN MDs to strengthen our practice.
In this role, you will engage in a combination of outpatient clinic work (2-3 days per week) and operating room duties (2 days per week) for procedures such as C-sections and gynecological surgeries. Our OBGYN MDs are also part of a call rotation, approximately 1:4 when fully staffed, which includes backup support for the CNM. The annual delivery rate at Jones Memorial Hospital is around 350 births.
Our community is supported by 3 full-time Pediatricians and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners who provide care for newborns at the hospital.

Wellsville is situated about 90 miles southwest of Rochester, NY, and similarly 90 miles southeast of Buffalo, NY. The charming Main Street features a variety of local businesses, restaurants, cafes, the Wellsville Brewing Company, and the David A. Howe public library. The community hosts numerous events throughout the year, such as the Great Wellsville Hot Air Balloon Rally in summer, the Ridgewalk 5K/10K in fall, and the Lion's Club Trout Fishing Derby in spring. Wellsville is also conveniently located less than an hour from popular attractions like the Corning Museum of Glass, the Keuka Lake wine trail, and Ellicottville, NY.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have completed an accredited OB/GYN residency and be board-certified or board-eligible (ABOG). Both new graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
