<li>Board Certification / Eligibility – Internal medicine</li>
<li>Clean Malpractice</li>
<li>Michigen (MI) License</li>
<li>Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) -&nbsp;REQUIRED</li>
<li>Weekend Requirements : call every 6th week, Monday to Monday (Phone call only)</li>

Additional Information :

<li>Open to experienced Board Certified provider or TRULY Board Eligible recent graduates </li>
<li>If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible</li>
<li>Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again</li>
<li>Not accepting Locums candidates </li>
<li>Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers</li>
