- Setting: Emergency Department (ED) – 54 beds\n
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 21, 2026 – July 21, 2026)\n
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) — Night shift RN job\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Weekend Rotation: Yes\n
- Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs\n
\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

- Minimum 1.5 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) experience as an ER RN (2+ years preferred)\n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of practice)\n
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC\n
- Experience with Meditech EHR/EMR preferred\n
- Strong prioritization, triage, and time-management skills for acute care and trauma cases\n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills — able to collaborate with RNs, paramedics, charge nurses, and physicians\n
\n\nResponsibilities (Emergency Department Nurse / ER RN)\n

- Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in a busy Emergency Department and acute care setting\n
- Manage an average 4:1 patient ratio while delivering timely assessment and interventions\n
- Triage, stabilize, and manage emergent and trauma patients; perform common ER procedures\n
- Document care accurately in Meditech EMR and maintain clear clinical communication\n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—RNs, paramedics, charge nurses, and physicians—to optimize patient flow and outcomes\n
- Float to other North Texas Division units as needed to support staffing and patient care\n
