Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Split Shift)
Hours: Split shift, 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Phone Support: Answer inbound customer calls, provide assistance, resolve issues, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing customer concerns and inquiries via phone and email.

Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and transaction details into the system.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Skills & Requirements:

Communication: Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

Data Entry: Accurate and fast data entry skills with attention to detail.

Customer-Oriented: Ability to provide friendly, helpful service and resolve issues efficiently.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and customer service software.

Schedule Flexibility: Must be available for split shifts (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM).
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or phone-based roles is preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
