Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of events, including corporate functions, promotional activities, and community engagements. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every event runs smoothly and aligns with the brand's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage events from conception through completion.

Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, equipment, and entertainment.

Manage event budgets, timelines, and production schedules.

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.

Handle on-site event management and troubleshooting.

Maintain records of all event details including budgets, invoices, and attendee feedback.

Conduct post-event evaluations to determine areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
