Now offering a $12,500 Sign-On bonus for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with critical care and high-acuity skills to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident managing patients with complex medical needs and advanced equipment.
Key Responsibilities Include:Providing skilled nursing care for patients with invasive vents, tracheostomies, and peritoneal dialysis (PD) and other critical care needsPerform ongoing clinical assessments and respond quickly to changes in conditionManage, troubleshoot, and document high-acuity interventionsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality patient careSupport team members in managing complex medical patients

Qualifications:
Active Ohio or Compact RN License
Critical Care, ICU, Step-Down, or high-acuity experience required
Proficiency with critical care listed above, medication administration, treatments, and overall process within a skilled nursing facility
Strong clinical judgement and ability to stay calm under pressure
