Certification Details
• BLS
• Massachusetts State Respiratory Therapist License

Job Details
• Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to work in PFT lab.
• Prior PFT experience highly preferred.
• Lab uses Morgan Scientific equipment/software and Compas2.

Job Requirements
• Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position.
• MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
• Primary Source Verification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state.
• 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in Skillset.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.

Schedule Information
• 5 x 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday.

Unit Specific Information
• Position is for Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) lab.

Additional Details
• MGB Badge Photo: Submit a color photo taken in past 6 months with plain background, no selfies or filters.
• Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually; must be completed on MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
• Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30); no exemptions considered.
• TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• MGB Education Verification through background check company.
• MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
