Compensation: Based on scope of work - $80,000 - $110,000 + DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Provide plumbing leadership and technical oversight
- Support daily operations, team performance, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with Wisconsin plumbing code and licensing requirements
- Assist with hiring, training, and team development as needed
- Support process improvement, operational efficiency, and overall department growth
- Serve as the qualifying license holder for the business, if applicable
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Master Plumber License in good standing (required)
- Residential plumbing experience required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing code, permitting, and compliance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
