Job summary
A results-driven and customer-focused sales professional to market and sell new homes for a Midland, TX single family developer. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, sales, marketing and customer service skills. Commission based position.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers from initial contact through the closing process, providing guidance and information.
- Conduct sales tours of model home, vacant homes and community amenities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the community, local market, and competitive products.
- Follow through with customers in a timely and consistent manner, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Work with buyers on the purchase process, including financing, contracts, and closing activities.
- Build and maintain a network of real estate agents for referrals.
- Monitor advertising and create social media content.
- Track and report prospective buyer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with the new home construction process and real estate market
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant sales and marketing software
