Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This contract opportunity offers a unique role providing physical therapy services within a K-12 educational setting located in Florissant, MO. The position is a non-school year (NSY) contract, ideal for a PT experienced in both healthcare and school environments. With a flexible schedule of two days per week, the role acmodates a range of availability preferences.
Responsibilities include directly servicing approximately 30 students across the district, ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. These sessions vary in frequency, with some students seen weekly and others monthly. Additionally, there is a consultation ponent, providing support on a monthly or quarterly basis to other students. During the initial period, the caseload may be higher due to the current PTA being on maternity leave. This position also entails supervisory duties over the PTA upon their return.
