Schedule/Hours:
- 36-hour work week
- Straight night shifts
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of one year ICU nursing experience as a traveler
- Strong clinical judgment in critical-care situations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in interdisciplinary teams
- Compliance with all current certifications and immunizations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and support staff
- Safeguard patient safety by applying evidence-based practices
- Educate and support patients’ families during hospitalization and recovery
