Job Description Clerical (as assigned): Answers telephones and schedules appointmentsMakes phone calls when necessary to other health care providers for treatment plan verification, medical clearance, referralsPatient registration, organizes and maintains patients' electronic health records, obtains patient's medical history, verifies insurance coverageResponsible for monitoring the patient flow system, making sure that walk-in patients and appointment patients are processed in a timely mannerComplies with office policies and regulationsComplies with HIPAA policies Experience preferred
Salary will depend on experience and performance
Fluency in English is required. Russia, Ukranian, Georgian are aplus.
