Location: Sparta, MI Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $18/hrJob SummaryAre you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? We're seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you’ll operate metal fabrication machinery in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Machine Operation: Operate metal fabrication equipment, including cutoff saws, punch presses, hydraulic presses, forming machines, and drilling machines.
- Metal Fabrication: Cut, shape, and bend metal plates, tubes, and parts according to specifications.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Work independently while following all safety and quality guidelines.
In addition, you will also contribute to a positive work culture that emphasizes integrity, ownership, and authenticity.
