AlediumHR is partnering with a leading Medical Center to bring on Occupational Therapists in a variety of roles and responsibilities who want more than just a routine caseload.
This role gives you exposure across acute care and rehabilitation, working with patients who truly need hands-on, functional recovery support. If you're the type who takes pride in helping patients regain independence and get back to their lives, this is a solid fit.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
- Work across multiple settings, including acute care, inpatient rehab, and medical-surgical units
- Deliver therapy that supports daily living activities, mobility, and safety
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory standards
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current OT license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse patient population in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience
- Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings
- Comfort working across different patient populations and care environments
