Job Description
Join our growing team as a full-time Bilingual Production Associate in Delaware. As our operations expand, we are looking to add dedicated team members to help us meet customer demands. We welcome candidates with minimal experience and offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the Production Floor.
Responsibilities
- Work with a tape measure throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in daily tasks.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Participate in a mentorship program to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Focus on safety and quality in all aspects of work.
Essential Skills
- Comfortable using a tape measure.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Proven ability with hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Safety and quality conscious.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to read and understand shop details and job instructions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- High School Diploma or GED is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing management or custom engineered wood manufacturing is beneficial.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and Oracle.

Work Environment
Experience a dynamic work environment in wood processing and manufacturing operations. While some areas are climate-controlled, most of the production floor is not, featuring dock doors open for shipments and material handling. Join a team of approximately 100 employees across one shift, with plans to expand in the future.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
