Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with a strong hands-on HR background who understands the day-to-day rhythm of human resources and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
This role owns key HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders across two local sites. This is not an entry-level position — the ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HRIS
  • Administer employee benefits, enrollments, and changes
  • Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Support compliance reporting and HR documentation
  • Provide day-to-day employee support and guidance
  • Partner with leadership to ensure consistent HR practices
  • Manage personnel files and audit documentation for accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in HR operations or generalist functions
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
