- 3x12-hour shifts

- Every other weekend (2 weekends/month)
- No block scheduling
- No call required

Facility Overview
\n John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center located in Chicago, IL. The L&D unit manages 200–300 facility births per month with a high-risk (Level 3) OB patient population including High Risk Antepartum cases.

Required Skills

- High-risk L&D and antepartum care
- C-section circulation and recovery
- Sterile vaginal exams
- Obstetrical patient triage
- Fetal monitoring including IUPC (Intrauterine Pressure Catheter) placement and calibration
- Magnesium Sulfate therapy
- Antihypertensive administration
- Insulin drips and Heparin drips
- Central line care (CVC/PICC)
- Isolation precautions/PPE

- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience
