Job Description

• Answer phones and direct calls

• Check patients in and out

• Assist with patient registration and provide information

• Maintain accurate patient records

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience answering phones and managing front desk operations

• Familiarity with healthcare systems and procedures

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• EPIC-specific EMR experience
