Front & Back Office Support (Temp) – Hiring ASAP
Downey, CA | $22 | Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM

We’re hiring 2 reliable, bilingual (Spanish) professionals to support a busy office with both front desk and administrative tasks. Interviews starting immediately—quick start!

What You’ll Do

  • Answer calls & assist walk-in clients
  • Schedule appointments & manage calendars
  • Perform data entry & admin support
  • Assist with client enrollments
  • Support social media & occasional weekend projects

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Bilingual Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication & organization skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office

Bonus: QuickBooks, basic accounting, or insurance knowledge (training provided)
