Front & Back Office Support (Temp) – Hiring ASAP
Downey, CA | $22 | Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM
We’re hiring 2 reliable, bilingual (Spanish) professionals to support a busy office with both front desk and administrative tasks. Interviews starting immediately—quick start!
What You’ll Do
- Answer calls & assist walk-in clients
- Schedule appointments & manage calendars
- Perform data entry & admin support
- Assist with client enrollments
- Support social media & occasional weekend projects
What You Bring
- 2+ years of office experience
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Bonus: QuickBooks, basic accounting, or insurance knowledge (training provided)
