Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in Arlington, Texas. This role focuses on delivering behavior intervention services within a school setting under a contract lasting from January 16, 2025, through May 22, 2026. The position requires on-site work and a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans to support student development and learning
- Collecting and documenting data on student progress and behavior
- Collaborating with educators, behavior specialists, and families to ensure effective intervention strategies
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload effectively
