Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic nutrition and wellness company in Los Angeles, California. This is a Contract to permanent position that combines administrative support, customer service, and operational tasks, offering an excellent opportunity to transition into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, supporting daily operations while contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office schedules and manage calendars using tools such as Microsoft Outlook.
• Process and fulfill online product orders, including managing shipping details for items requiring special handling.
• Assist with the rollout of a startup supplement company, including data collection and product tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and restock personalized supplement packs.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the organization as needed.
• Manage basic IT and software tasks, including using platforms like RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, ensuring attentive and timely communication with clients.
• Schedule appointments and maintain detailed records of correspondence and interactions.
• Assist with light social media engagement and digital communication tasks as required.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and maintain both digital and physical files.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and precise interactions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in task completion.
• Friendly and customer service-oriented, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Capable of handling inbound and outbound calls and managing email correspondence effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to flexible schedules.
• Familiarity with basic social media platforms and digital tools.
