Pay Rate: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
Adecco Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Stuart, VA. The Dispatcher will play a key role in coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule drivers for daily routes and deliveries

Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams

Monitor routes and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or issues

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, deliveries, and communications

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any scheduling or service concerns

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications:

Previous dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with basic computer systems and dispatch software

High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
