Job Description:\n\nVariable Shift, hospice can be weekends and after hours, mileage is in addition to rate.\n\nCharting system is Home Care Home Base.\n\nKnowledge of Oasis, data collection.\n\nDelivers coordinated nursing care for patients in a hospice setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process.\n\n \n\nRequired Qualifications:
\nMust have Home Care Hospice experience, 1 yr acute care required.
\nGraduate of an accredited nursing program.
\nLicense, Certification, Registration
\nRegistered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
\nBLS (AHA)
