- Educate patients on lens options.
- Measure pupillary distance (PD) and vertex distance with absolute precision.
- Adjust and repair frames to ensure a perfect fit and patient comfort.
- Process insurance claims.
- Manage frame inventory to ensure the latest styles are available.
Qualifications
- Experience in optical dispensing and frame styling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain prescriptions simply.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with Optical software
- Understanding of frame brands and sales.
