Do you have experience leading students in fun, energizing classes that help them improve their technique, fitness, and self-confidence?

What You'll Do:

* Lead dance classes designed for all skill levels.
* Create fun choreography that motivates attendees and that allows them to express themselves.
* Build strong relationships with your participants and help them in their fitness journey.
* Provide guidance on proper form, techniques, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout experience for all skill levels.
* Additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* Must obtain First Aid; CPR/AED, within 30 days of hire date.
* Fitness Certification or valid certification for the specific class(es) assigned
* Six (6) months of formal fitness or classroom teaching, or related experience; or, an equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
* Provide courteous and efficient service to the public and in responding to inquiries, complaints and requests in a fair, tactful and firm manner.
* Able to develop fitness routines that incorporates music, tempo, cueing techniques, rhythm, and choreography
* Able to develop and implement fitness classes appropriate to the class description and ability level of participants.
* Supervise multiple games and activities simultaneously.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Operate basic computer programs.
* Able to write reports and fill out forms.
* Use critical thinking and judgement while assessing situations.
