- Instructional Leadership:Assisting the principal in developing, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs, ensuring alignment with district and state standards.
- Student Support:Overseeing student discipline, attendance, and well-being, collaborating with counselors and staff to address student needs.
- Data Analysis:Utilizing data to inform instructional decisions and improve student outcomes, including analyzing assessment data.
- School Operations:Supporting the principal in managing school operations, including scheduling, communication, and special events.
- Staff Supervision and Evaluation:Participating in the evaluation of staff, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
- Community Engagement:Building relationships with parents, community partners, and other stakeholders to foster a positive school environment.
- Policy Implementation:Ensuring compliance with school and district policies, as well as state regulations.
- Special Programs:Assisting in the development and implementation of special programs, such as English Language Learners (ELL) and Title I.
- Safe School Environment:Supervise and coordinate safe school responsibilities, ensuring a positive and secure learning environment for all students.
