Position Overview:
Tabush Group is seeking a skilled and relationship-driven Client Manager to join our Client Services team. This individual will serve as a strategic IT advisor (vCTO) to our clients, build strong relationships with the key decisions makers ensuring we are meeting service delivery expectations and gaining a strong pulse on the happiness and satisfaction of every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, in a vCTO capacity, gain an understanding of their business and IT needs and successfully translate this to impactful business solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client firms; proactively monitor client satisfaction and engagement.
- Advocacy: Identify and escalate and bring urgency to areas of service delivery that are failing to meet our standards, ensuring both client and internal service expectations are consistently met.
- Project Oversight: Ensure the project team has the resources and information required to deliver projects successfully.
- Reporting & Administration: Manage tasks such as time tracking, reporting, change management, lifecycle planning, and PS pipeline oversight.
Competencies:
- 5-10 yrs experience (10+ yrs experience preferred) in a Client Manager or similar role. MSP experience is beneficial.
- Experience in advising on IT architecture and cybersecurity strategy to key decision makers.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities effectively
- Organized and proactive, with a focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes
