We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our CNC and Swiss machining and Packing teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, driving accountability, and developing a high-performing team while delivering high-quality products that impact patients’ lives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable for performance, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain strong floor presence to actively support, mentor, and troubleshoot with your team.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily CNC/Swiss and Packing production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to regulated processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and follow through on process enhancements to reduce scrap, improve throughput, and standardize best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5+ years supervising production operations (medical device, highly regulated, and/or precision manufacturing experience preferred).
• Technical knowledge of CNC/Swiss machining, tooling, and process troubleshooting is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, hold people accountable, and maintain a positive, high-performing culture.
• Experience in production planning, cross-functional collaboration, and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 13485, FDA) is a plus.
