Position: Sr. UX Designer (Mobile)
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to $150,000 base annual salary + Bonus
Sr. UX Designer (Mobile) – Help Shape a Brand-New Mobile Experience
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new department launching a net-new mobile product that will bring a successful brick-and-mortar business into the digital space. You’ll be joining a collaborative team focused on a 0-to-1 product build in a startup-like environment—but with the financial stability and backing of a well-established enterprise.

What You’ll Do
As the Sr. UX Designer, you’ll lead the design of a consumer-facing mobile product within a newly formed enterprise ecosystem. You’ll craft intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences that meet the needs of diverse user segments. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing across various user segments
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner with product and engineering to align on requirements and priorities
- Apply and advocate for consistent use of design systems, including Google Material Design
- Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and evolving user needs
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, candidates must have direct experience designing mobile-first products from scratch in startup or greenfield environments. You must also have a strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing work and a deep understanding of design systems and UX research.
Additional Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of MOBILE UX design experience
- Experience with Google Material Design and component-based design systems
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
