Substitute teach in one of the best schools in the country. The Greater Dayton School is Ohio’s first non religious private PreK-8th grade school exclusively for students from under-resourced backgrounds.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and follow teacher lesson plans.
- Maintain an orderly classroom environment.
- Use effective classroom management strategies.
- Build rapport with students and staff and communicate with them effectively.
- Learn from some of the best teachers in the country.
- Leave a daily report for when the teacher returns.
Compensation:
- $175 per day (8:30-4:30)
- Benefits - Coffee/tea, free lunches daily, unlimited color/black white copies, use of on-site state-of-the-art fitness center.
- 60 minutes of prep time.
