Job DescriptionPosition Description: We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef. The ideal candidate has a passion for pastry arts, strong technical skills, and is consistent in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Position Responsibilities: Execute dessert menus, including seasonal offeringsPrepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and confectionsMonitor food costs and minimize wasteEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation standardsAssist with daily production schedules and inventory levelsMaintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualitfications - Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience in pastry productionAt least 1 year of experience in pastry service in a full-service restaurant or hotelFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysExcellent attention to detail and creativityAbility to work efficiently under pressureStrong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and dessert presentation Additional Information: People are the CORE of our business, that's why our benefits include:?Free Health Insurance (After 1 year, must average a minimum of 30 hours a week)Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance (After 1 year, must average a minimum of 30 hours a week)Paid Time Off (After 1 year, must average a minimum of 30 hours a week)Flexible SchedulesGrowth Opportunities $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly
