Medical Records Supervisor (Full-Time, In-Office)

Pay: $30.00 $45.00 per hour (DOE)
Sedaghat Law Group, APC is looking for a driven, experienced, and highly organized Medical Records Supervisor to lead and strengthen our medical records department. This is a key leadership role within our personal injury firm, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to help push a team to perform at a high level.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience required
- At least 1 year of experience handling medical records requests
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical records department
- Supervise, train, and support medical records staff to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Review files to prepare cases for the demands department
- Ensure timely ordering, follow-up, and receipt of medical records and billing
- Maintain department workflow, deadlines, and quality control standards
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and organization
- Communicate with providers, staff, and attorneys regarding records status and case needs
- Step in to assist with records requests and follow-ups when necessary
