Medical Records Supervisor (Full-Time, In-Office)

Pay: $30.00 $45.00 per hour (DOE)

Sedaghat Law Group, APC is looking for a driven, experienced, and highly organized Medical Records Supervisor to lead and strengthen our medical records department. This is a key leadership role within our personal injury firm, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to help push a team to perform at a high level.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience required
  • At least 1 year of experience handling medical records requests
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical records department
  • Supervise, train, and support medical records staff to ensure productivity and accuracy
  • Review files to prepare cases for the demands department
  • Ensure timely ordering, follow-up, and receipt of medical records and billing
  • Maintain department workflow, deadlines, and quality control standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and organization
  • Communicate with providers, staff, and attorneys regarding records status and case needs
  • Step in to assist with records requests and follow-ups when necessary
