At Resonac Powdered Metals America in Greensburg, Indiana, we’re looking for an Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician who thrives on restoring uptime and building robust maintenance systems.

Your impact

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to 480V, including motors, VFDs, PLCs, and control circuits
• Diagnose/repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
• Maintain presses, furnaces, conveyors, robots, and automated cells
• Read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Perform welding/fabrication when required
• Promote safety and continuous improvement across the plant
• Respond rapidly to breakdowns and stabilize operations

Do you bring the right background?

• Journeyman certification or equivalent industrial maintenance experience
• 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting (PLC experience preferred)
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
• Open to any shift and overtime as needed
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, safety mindset, and teamwork

Physical capabilities

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend in an industrial environment
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when necessary
