Responsibilities

Scheduling: Manage calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure optimal time management.

Correspondence: Prepare and respond to emails, draft letters, and handle incoming communications.

Document Management: Documentation of management system is a must to maintain records, notes, and documents.

Client Interaction: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide information with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Inventory Management: Track office supplies and place orders to ensure all necessary materials are available when needed.

Supportive Role: Assist other team members with various clerical tasks as needed to contribute to overall organizational efficiency.



Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable managing office equipment.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and carriers.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Previous insurance experience is a plus.
