<li> Potential to make $350,000</li>
<li> 250K base PLUS PRODUCTIVITY BONUS BASED ON RVUS and experience</li>
<li> J1 Waiver candidates may also apply</li>
<li> BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine</li>
<li> Full-time permanent</li>
<li> Hybrid inpatient at hospital and SNF</li>
<li> Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule.</li>
<li> No weekends</li>
<li> No nights</li>
<li> No phone call - NP will take call</li>
<li> To see 22 patients per day</li>
<li> RVU bonus above 22 patients - each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.</li>
<li> Sign on bonus</li>
<li> Relocation assistance, PTO 3 WEEKS, 1 week of CME plus $1,500.00 per year.</li>
<li> Malpractice, Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401k with a 3 percent match (candidate will qualify to participate starting 2nd month of their employment), long term disability insurance, Term life insurance.</li>
