Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hr (based on experience) What You’ll Do:

<li>Assist in site prep and demolition</li>
<li>Load, move, and organize construction materials</li>
<li>Maintain clean and safe job sites</li>
<li>Support various trades (roofing, concrete, carpentry, landscaping, excavation, restoration, and more)</li>
<li>Complete tasks as directed by the site foreman</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of construction experience</li>
<li>Basic hand tools required</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction</li>
<li>Solid understanding of job site safety</li>
</ul>
