Wildwood Crest Realty is hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a top-ranking real estate team in the Wildwood Crest, NJ area. This role is critical to the team’s success, allowing agents to focus on selling real estate while you take ownership of backend operations, administration, and client experience.
Compensation
- $70,000 – $80,000 salary, based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses after 60 days

Responsibilities:
- Support the owner and multiple agents with daily business and administrative needs
- Manage CRM/database systems, lead flow, and transaction paperwork
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, phone calls, and correspondence
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and internal systems
- Assist with marketing, social media, and listing promotion
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing
